Shopping and robins

Yo yo yo.

I keep thinking of things I should write about lately, but now I'm here, I seem to have forgotten all of them. The sound of whistling has just floated up the stairs and into my bedroom. Our kettle broke the other day, so my mam has retrieved one of them old fashioned ones from my grandads, that you boil on the hob and it whistles to let you know when its done. I thought it was quite cute at first, but yesterday I needed to make gravy, and it was taking fucking ages to boil and I got impatient and took it off the oven when I thought it was done, only to find it wasn't that hot at all, even though it looked it when I looked in the top. Anyway, in conclusion, I took for granted having a modern, speedy kettle. And I miss it, cause I darent make a hot water bottle with the water from the hob-kettle, cause my mam said its hotter than the usual way. Gutted.

So seeing as I cant remember the no doubt highly interesting and witty things I could have wrote about in here, I'll just spam this post with pictures from a charity shopping spree I had on Monday in Darlington with my mam. Darlo is nice, I seen a hot busker and it made me realise, I've never seen a hot busker before. The one in Stockton has a proper nasal voice and looks like (and probably is actually) a drug addict.
Right...

Little dress, £2.25

Topshop skirt, £3.00

Coat from topshop too, £4.99. This would have been expensive first hand (as would the skirt actually)

Nice belt, 99p

And I got this very small picture, it was only 50p. The dream is to fill my walls with as many little pictures in frames as I can (cheaply) find.

After this, I kind of got the shopping bug and kept on buying things. I reasoned the things were quite cheap, and I wasn't buying tons so it wasn't so bad. Here's some stuff I bought that wasn't from a charity shop. (It does happen occasionally)

^ From Primark, I'm not really planning on wearing them any time soon, I just thought they'd be nice for wearing with dresses on summer days

Lastly I bought this today, I didn't plan on spending my leftover fiver but my mam made me go with her into H&M today to find something she needed, and I ended up with my face in the sale rail. I only really bought it cause it was half price (I had to get my mam to lend me 2 quid) and I had been eyeballing this skirt in a different colour for a long time, and I realised that I'm probably never gonna find it in the nice colour I wanted so should settle for this, seeing as it was in the sale and was the only one there and it happened to be my size.

Alright, I feel dead superficial now I've done all that. Too much fashion and not enough nice stuff. While I was waiting for the train the other day with my mam, I spotted a little robin flitting about on the chain link fence across the tracks. It always makes me feel nice when I see robins.
This taking-camera-everywhere-incase-I-see-something-good thing is working out nicely.

Right, that's all I can be bothered faffing about with now. Blogger is pissing me off cause every time you upload a photo it moves all your stuff around, and then when you try to move it back, it deletes your pictures. That about covers it anyway. I'm going to go and watch black books, mainly cause I only just started watching it, and partly because I am a little bit in love with Dylan Moran.

Adios
